Hey DoItIndy-ers!

You know, I love social media, but sometimes I love summer more! Hence the neglect to my blogs. I have been out enjoying time with my friends and family around my favorite city. Some favorites of my summer…

1. Food! More specifically, theme night dinners in with friends. Recently my buds @cphadly, @amybartner and @erinlorraine had an Italian potluck. Caprese, carbanara, lasagna, shells, OH MY! Oh and did I mention cheesecake?! OH THE CHEESECAKE! Our next potluck is Asian cuisine. I’m gonna rock some dumplings and homemade sushi. Stay tuned!

2. Concerts! Dave! 311! Fun.! Journey! I tell you what…there’s nothing like live music on a Midwest night.

3. Festivals! Chinese fest. Greek fest. French market. Oktoberfest a-plenty! There’s nothing like a little bit of culture infiltrating the city. I like the food, but I also love all the goods for sale. We could have a bad winter ahead, so I was out enjoying as much sunshine and fresh air as possible before the chill hits.
